Hi everyone, my name is Gala. I am the owner and creator of this small but powerful universe of "Le Boudoir de Gala". I have opened this page not so long ago and my experience regarding Tantra and massage hasn't been that extensive. I never had a real interest before in performing massage, even though I was always fascinated by receiving any type of holistic therapy that can help me to improve my well being and also decrease my stress. Tantra came to me in a very genuine but also disturbing way. I will explain why and there is where I want you to put special attention to my text. The first discover I have with the word "TANTRA", was unfortunately through a terrible and fake concept. Many institutes and Spa in Paris offered "TANTRIC MASSAGE" in order to hide other type of services that in front of the law in France are forbidden. Since in France the tantric practices are not considered as ilegal, many companies and institutions sell the name "TANTRA" in order to keep their full illegality selling something that has nothing to do with it. You will find then finally a pimp world, abusing girl, using women that are not interested or passionated by any type of holistic therapies and plus selling sex instead of a real and wonderful massage.

Tantra is another view and approach to sexuality. It is a sacred way to understand us, an organic and sincere conception of our existence. I will not lie to you and I will not pretend to be someone I am not. I am absolutely more intelectual in my thoughts than spiritual, I usually put my full faith on science but I do admite that all type of holistic therapies do an amazing improvement in our bodies and in our lives. In my case, and after reading and researching about tantra I understood that I will not be a full follower of all what implies to join a tantric world (such as meditation for example), but indeed the philosophy itself of it is extremely useful for improving our sexuality and even our way of loving. The tantric massage is just a practice within the tantric philosophy. Is a wonderful tool for self knowledge and also for the understanding to the other, that is why I decided to practice it and share it.

Unfortunately the modern and western world leaders have determine how we should live. There is an enormous effort to homogenize society, to make us look, behave and believe the same way. Sexuality has also been shape in that way, through a strict frame of religious values. Sex, sexuality and even sensuality has always been conceived as something dirty and negative. There is an undoubtedly rejection to accept and understand sexuality as part of our nature and even more important... the reason of our existence. Why? why to fear something so natural?, why to believe is something dirty or nasty if we all come from sex?, why repudiate the sensual nature of our bodies?, why? Is there a real reason to make such a terrible tabu of something so inherent to us?.

Pornography, prostitution, the patriarchy, religion and many other cultural factors has made of us a sick society, sick because we don't live, we don't admite and we don't approach sexuality the correct way we should do. We are denying one of the principal facts of our existence, we were made by sex, we were born through a purely sexual act too (the delivery), We were fed by our mothers through a naked, sensual, beautiful and pure breast. Why to deny all those facts and instead approach sexuality with insanity? with perversion? with pain? with dirtiness? Where all those ideas are coming from? How can we reach back a better and organic approach about it?.

I will start to write on my blog to give you insights about my own approach of love, life and obviously sexuality. Tantra for me has just been the beginning of a philosophical but also intelectual approach about how to survive better in this world taking care of our sexuality, without to be puritans but also without to be perverse.
